To address the unscheduled maintenance and the recent issue that certain users experienced in which select 2 Player Multiplayer dungeons did not display properly, all players who created an account prior to 10/17 (Wed), 6:00 PM (UTC-8) will be compensated with 2 Magic Stones.

Players that purchased a Coin Dungeon an hour prior to the maintenance start time, 6:00 PM (UTC-8), will be compensated with an amount of Coins equaling the dungeon’s cost.

In-game mail dungeons that were active during the maintenance will be sent to players via in-game mail as compensation. The compensated dungeons will have a time limit of 1 hour.

 

Compensation distribution dates are listed below:

- 2 Magic Stones: 10/19 (Fri), 4:00 AM - 10/21 (Sun), 3:59 AM (UTC-8)

- Coin refund for purchased Coin Dungeons: 10/18 (Thu), 11:00 PM (UTC-8)

- In-game mail Dungeons active during the maintenance: 10/18 (Thu), 11:00 PM (UTC-8)

Notes:

*Players will be unable to claim the 2 Magic Stone compensation after the distribution period has ended.

*Coins and in-game mail dungeons will be sent to players directly via in-game mail.

*Gifts via in-game mail have expiration dates. When an in-game mail expires, attached monsters, Magic Stones, Dungeons, Coins, and any points such as Pal Points will become unredeemable.
