Thank you for playing Puzzle & Dragons, and for your continued support.


We would like to remind users that Puzzle & Dragons does not approve of any activities that go against our Terms of Service or of any abuse of bugs and unintentional effects of the in-game system.  Failing to follow these guidelines can lead to repercussive treatments, such as an account suspension.

 

We have noticed a setting in the system which allowed for players to abuse the refund feature to degrees beyond its original intent. This violates our Terms of Service and thus any account that has abused this feature have had their accounts suspended as of 11/6 (Wed), 6:00 PM (PST).

 

Any players with suspended accounts will no longer be able to play Puzzle & Dragons on that account.
Please note that the aforementioned behavior and similar behaviors can lead to not only in-game consequences, but may also lead to legal consequences.

The Puzzle & Dragons team is continuously working to ensure a safe space where users can enjoy Puzzle & Dragons to its maximum potential. Please note that in order to preserve the health and integrity of the game, account suspensions will take place from time to time.
