We have confirmed an issue causing an instantaneous Game Over to occur when players utilize certain monsters that have a half HP debuff as part of their Leader Skill, while entering dungeons under select conditions.
This issue has been resolved as of 7/15 (Wed), 6:44 PM (UTC-8).
As an apology for this issue, a Magic Stone will be given as compensation to all players with accounts created prior to 7/15 (Wed), 6:44 PM (UTC-8).
The compensation will be delivered via in-game mail between 7/16 (Thu), 4:00 AM (UTC-8) and 7/19 (Sun), 3:59 AM (UTC-8). Please allow a few minutes for the compensation to be delivered.
If you do not see the compensation despite meeting the above conditions, please restart your game.
