As previously announced on 7/17 (Fri), we have confirmed that there was an error in the 100 Free Super Godfest Pulls! announcement posted on 6/26 (Fri).
We have surveyed the number of accounts that were affected by this error, and compensation has been determined for the mistake.
Any player who logged in Puzzle & Dragons from 7/13 (Mon), 4:00 AM - 7/13 (Mon) 3:59 PM (UTC-8) but did not log in between 6/26 (Fri), 7:00 PM - 7/13 (Mon), 3:59 AM (UTC-8) will receive the 100 Free Super Godfest Pulls as compensation.
Only accounts that have not already received their 100 Free Super Godfest Pulls during the original distribution period of 6/26 (Fri), 7:00 PM- 7/13 (Mon), 3:59 AM (UTC-8) are eligible for this compensation.​
Additionally, these compensatory 100 Super Godfest Pulls are subject to our additional Second Chance bonus as well. To qualify for these Second Chance pulls, compensated players must meet the following criteria:
Be one of the affected accounts who has received the 100 Super Godfest Pulls compensation in-game mails.
Open and receive all the rolls in all 10 compensation mails by 7/28 (Tue), 11:59 PM (UTC-8).
Achieve player rank 10 or higher by 7/28 (Tue), 11:59 PM (UTC-8).
As with our previous Second Chance bonus, these additional pulls will be distributed following a survey of all compensation pull results.
