Notice Regarding Puzzle & Dragons Game Data Backup and Recovery

We would like to remind players that they have the ability to transfer their game data to new devices and OSs by backing up their data through various methods.


*We strongly recommend that players complete at least one of the following methods.


Game Data Backup Methods

To ensure that you can recover your game data at any time, please use one of the following methods.


Account Linking

Players can backup their game data by linking their Puzzle & Dragons account to their Apple ID.

(Android) Google Account

Players using Android devices can backup their game data through their Google account.

(iOS) iCloud

Players using iOS devices can backup their game data through iCloud.

(All OS’s) Device Change Code (Valid for 30 Days)

For players transferring game data to a new device or OS, a Device Change Code can be issued from within Puzzle & Dragons. This code is valid for 30 days.

Keep a Record of Your ID and Secret Code

Each Puzzle & Dragons player has two unique identification codes that help the support team identify and confirm a game account.


ID

Your ID contains essential information and is necessary when contacting our support team or searching for Friends.


Secret Code

The Secret Code is a unique code used to verify game data ownership. This is confidential information, and we strongly advise players to keep it private and not share it with others.

If a player doesn’t do any of the above...

In the event that a player loses their device, experiences app corruption, or encounters any unexpected issues preventing them from accessing Puzzle & Dragons, they may lose their game data permanently.

Without the ID and Secret Code, the Puzzle & Dragons Support team may be unable to recover game data. We strongly recommend that players take the proper precautions to preserve their game data.
