We have confirmed an issue with the PAD Z Collab Tournament (starting at 7/2 12:00 AM (UTC-8) ) in which the background music does not play properly in some cases. The issue has been resolved as of 8:22 PM (UTC-8), 7/1, and we recommend returning to the title screen or rebooting the app before playing the Tournament dungeon.
The issue only affects the background music, game play and scores are not hindered in any way.

PAD Z Collab Tournament arrives, so get ready to test your skills! The Ranking Dungeon allows you to compete for high scores against other players and receive rewards according to your rank! The Ranking Dungeon can only be accessed upon reaching Rank 120 or above, so start your training!
This time around, players will receive a Magic Stone and a free pull at a Rare Egg Machine that starts on 7/2 (Mon), 12:00 AM and ends on 7/5 (Thu), 11:59 PM as a first time clear bonus! All players that clear this Ranking Dungeon will receive one pull at the PAD Z Egg Machine no matter what their rank is! Also, if players climb the ranks high enough they have a chance to get another Magic Stone and Apocalypse for themselves!
Fixed Team
This time around, the dungeon can only be challenged with a fixed team, meaning all players will compete using the exact same team!
After clearing the Ranking Dungeon, players will be given an Estimated Rank with the Score calculated according to their Average Combo, Time Remaining, and Max Damage.
You can compare your Estimated Rank with other players and see how your skill measures up! Different tiers of rewards are distributed according to your ranking (percentile), so push yourself to achieve more!
*Estimated Rank could be checked by selecting “View Current Rank” in the Ranking Dungeon Menu.

After the Ranking Dungeon ends, scores will be collected and players will be notified of their final rankings (percentile) at a later date.
For further details on the rewards, press the “Rewards” button on the PAD Z Collab Tournament Ranking Dungeon screen starting from 7/2 (Mon), 12:00 AM (UTC-8).

PAD Z Collab Tournament Rules
This dungeon can be cleared multiple times, and the highest score will be ranked.
Continues are not allowed.
Time limit is 5 minutes. When going over the time limit, points will be deducted from the score for each second of play after the limit is reached.
When battles are cleared through methods such as activating an active skill and without directly moving Orbs, points will be deducted from the score. *Even if enemies are defeated by combos, if it results from an activation of a skill such as Orb Refresh, points will still be deducted.
After entering the dungeon, if the game is interrupted in any way, such as switching over to another screen, setting the device into sleep mode, or restarting your app, the dungeon will still be able to be cleared, however it will not be ranked.
After entering the dungeon, if the dungeon’s duration ends, the player will need to clear the dungeon within 1 hour, or else the score will not be ranked. *Monsters dropped, coins, and experience can still be gained.
Caution
Ranking dungeons will appear after reaching Rank 120 and can be accessed from the Dungeon Menu.
Players will receive the Rare Egg Machine reward through in-game mail upon clearing the dungeon.
Dungeon must be completed within 24 hours from the dungeon end time to receive the Rare Egg Machine reward.
The names and scores of the Top 3 players will be announced on the Puzzle & Dragons official Facebook at a later date.
If an in-game name is seen as inappropriate, the player may be disqualified. We reserve the right to disqualify you and choose not to display your in-game name on the Leaderboard. For more information on our policy on in-game names, see here.
If it is suspected that there has been any manipulation of data, use of unlicensed programs, or any suspicious activities, those suspected of such activities will be eliminated from the ranking process.
If a player is using incompatible devices or unsupported operating systems, the player’s score may be invalidated.
If a high score is obtained by methods that take away from the competitive aspect of the event or in a way that severely harms balance, the player may be disqualified from the ranking.
When unauthorized activity is confirmed, actions may be taken to prevent further tampering or unauthorized activity, such as account suspensions.
Gifts via in-game mail have expiration dates. When an in-game mail expires, attached monsters, Magic Stones, Dungeons, Coins, Pal Points, and Monster Points will become unredeemable. For more details on in-game mail expiration dates, see here: https://bit.ly/2AhoSKh
