Previously, we had confirmed a display issue for the special sets on Android and Kindle devices. This issue has been resolved as of after the maintenance that ended on 2/4 (Mon). If you continue to experience issues, please completely exit and restart the app before trying again.
To address the unscheduled maintenance, 1 Magic Stone will be given as compensation to all Android and Kindle players with accounts created before 2/3 (Sun), 11:00 PM (PST).
To address the display issue, 5 Magic Stones will be given as compensation to all Android and Kindle players that purchased the 20 Magic Stones + ★6 Sword Art Online Egg Machine and the 20 Magic Stones + ★6 Fate/stay night [HF] Egg Machine sets before 2/3 (Sun), 11:00 PM (PST).
Compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and will be available during the dates listed below:
- 1 Magic Stone: 2/6 (Wed), 4:00 AM - 2/8 (Fri), 3:59 AM (PST)
- 5 Magic Stones for players who purchased the 20 Magic Stones + ★6 Sword Art Online Egg Machine set: This compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and will be available from 2/5 (Tue), 6:00 PM (PST).
- 5 Magic Stones for players who purchased the 20 Magic Stones + ★6 Fate/stay night [HF] Egg Machine set: This compensation will be delivered via in-game mail and will be available from 2/5 (Tue), 6:00 PM (PST).
