*Players will receive any purchased Egg Machines through in-game mail. Players can check their mail by accessing the Mail/Friend Invites screen from the [Friends] menu. If the mail does not show up in the mailbox, please try returning to the title screen or restarting the app.
*If a player’s in-game mailbox is full, they will be unable to receive the special Egg Machines through in-game mail. It is highly recommended that players delete unneeded mail in order to properly receive in-game mail.
*If a player is unable to receive their Magic Stones or their Egg Machine due to an unexpected occurrence or closure of the app, they will be able to receive it by restarting their app within 2 weeks of the end of the event period.
*If an unexpected occurrence happens and a user purchases a Magic Stone + Egg Machine bundle a second time, the second purchase will only give the user the Magic Stone(s).

Additionally, clearing all the floors of the Christmas Special Challenge! will unlock the Extreme Christmas Special Rush! Those players who can navigate this difficult romp through a festive wonderful will be rewarded with a PAD Holy Night Wreath - Rainbow!

Christmas Dungeon

The yuletide Christmas Dungeon is back to provide a festive challenge to Puzzle & Dragons! This dungeon has floors of increasing difficulty as well as a floor with a special “Teams of 4 or less” requirement. Clearing this floor for the first time will reward players with a PreDRA!
As you progress through the dungeon, be on the lookout for Santa Claus, bringing the spirit of the season with them! Defeating Santa Claus will make him drop a monster as a Christmas present. Check the list below to what has a chance of dropping!
In her striking Santa garb, Holy Night Santa Claus, Hera waits to challenge players, and check who’s been naughty and who’s been nice!
★Monsters that can drop when Santa Claus is defeated:
Pixelit/Jewel of Creation/Holy Rites Mistress, Echidna/Enchantress of the Sanctuary, Siren/Christmas Tree Spirit, Alraune/Sanctuary Messenger, Archangel/Holy Night Witch, Lilith/Sightseeing Sorceress, Ars Paulina
*Santa Claus will only drop 1 of the above monsters.
Additionally, this time enemies have a chance of dropping PAD Holy Night Wreath - Bronze; PAD Holy Night Wreath - Silver; and PAD Holy Night Wreath - Gold! You’ll need to exchange these monsters in the Monster Exchange to get your hands on PAD Christmas Stocking; and other powerful monsters!
*If the dungeon has been cleared during a previous appearance, players will not receive another first time clear Magic Stone or a PreDRA.
Skill Leveling Dungeon Christmas

A new Skill Leveling Dungeon has arrived for a limited time!
Using a monster in your team that has the same Skill as a monster in this dungeon will guarantee a Skill Up for that monster!

*The Skill Leveling Dungeon is equivalent to a Normal Dungeon and may only be played in Solo play.
*In order to skill up in a dungeon, Monster Leveling must be turned On from the Options screen of the Others menu.
*Monsters that appear in this dungeon will not drop.

*Gifts via in-game mail have expiration dates. When an in-game mail expires, attached monsters, Magic Stones, Dungeons, Coins, and any points such as Pal Points will become unredeemable.
