Google has confirmed that there are video ad issues that are affecting Puzzle & Dragons’ video ad features.
The following issues have a chance of occurring when viewing ad videos on Android devices:
Players cannot receive rewards such as Monster Box slots after viewing an ad video.
The ad video screen does not change and stops after the ad video ends.
The [X] button cannot be pressed while watching an ad video.
The countdown timer stops while viewing an ad video.
The issues are currently being investigated by Google but may be temporarily resolved by resetting the advertising ID: [Settings] > [Privacy] > [Ads] > [Reset advertising ID].
Since the issues have not yet been resolved, there is a possibility that they will recur even after a reset. If this is the case, please try resetting the advertising ID again.
