Issue Details:
In the 10 Magic Stones! Level Limit Breakthrough Super Godfest and the Level Limit Breakthrough Super Godfest Memorial Egg Machines that started from 7/30, 18:00 (UTC-8), the Bewitching Scale Dual-Blade Warrior, Sagiri arrived at Lv.99 despite being a select monster eligible for the Level Limit Breakthrough.
As an apology for the inconvenience, compensation for this issue has been determined. See below for details.

All players who received Bewitching Scale Dual-Blade Warrior, Sagiri from the Egg Machines listed above before the maintenance starting 7/31, 18:17 (UTC-8).
This compensation includes materials that are necessary to perform Level Limit Breakthrough on Bewitching Scale Dual-Blade Warrior, Sagiri and will be sent to eligible players at a later date.
