Notice from the Puzzle & Dragons Team

We have noticed that the message and in-game mail received when clearing floors in the January Quest Dungeon mistakenly stated that Clear Rewards could be obtained each time the dungeon was cleared.

As an apology for the Emergency Maintenance, a Magic Stone will be given as compensation to all players with accounts created prior to 1/3 (Mon), 19:17 (PST).

The compensation will be delivered via in-game mail between 1/4 (Tue), 4:00 (PST) and 1/7 (Fri), 3:59 (PST). Please allow a few minutes for the compensation to be delivered.

If you do not see the compensation despite meeting the above conditions, please restart your game.

We are currently investigating users affected by this mistake and will update with additional information at a later date.
