Notice Regarding Puzzle & Dragons Game Data Backup and Recovery


We would like to remind players that they have the ability to transfer their game data to new devices and OS by backing up their data through various methods.


*WE STRONGLY ADVISE PLAYERS TO DO AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING*


1) Game Data Backup Methods

Please use one of the following methods listed below to backup your game data. By doing this, players will be able to recover their game data whenever they wish.


*Social Media Linking*

Players can backup their game data by linking their Puzzle & Dragons account to their Facebook account.

*(Android) Google Account*

Players can backup their game data through their Google account.

*(iOS) iTunes/iCloud*

Players can backup their game data through iTunes/iCloud.

The method below can be used if a player’s game data is to be transferred to a new device within two weeks.


*Device Change Code*

Players can issue a Device Change Code (valid for two weeks) from inside Puzzle & Dragons to transfer their game data to a new device or a new OS.

2) Make a record of Your ID and Secret Code

*Your ID*

Your ID will display important information and is necessary when contacting our support team and searching for a Friend.


*Secret Code*

The Secret Code is a unique code needed to prove the owner of the game data. This is important information that only the player should know. We highly recommend that players never share their Secret Code with another person or publicly.

*If a player doesn’t do any of the above...*

In the event that a player loses their device, the App becomes corrupted, an error occurs during an update, or any other unexpected trouble occurs where players cannot open Puzzle & Dragons, they will be unable to play their game data again.

If a player did not record their Player ID and Secret Code, the Puzzle & Dragons and Support teams may not be able to help the player recover their game data. We strongly recommend that players take the proper precautions to preserve their game data.
