Event Quests in progress will be displayed via the Dungeon screen!
Players can select different Event Quests in the case that more than one is available to play by sliding through the banners.
Select the Event Quest you would like to challenge by tapping on the banner.
Players can check out the Quest missions and rewards by transitioning to the Event Quest screen.
Select & challenge the Quest mission of your choosing!
Additionally, players can use the [Enter] button to jump to the screen where you can complete the mission, such as the specific dungeon or the Monster Exchange. Super convenient!
*Quest missions can be cleared without tapping on the [Enter] button of the specific Quest mission.
*Quest missions must be cleared during the Event Quest duration to receive the Quest Rewards. Completing the requirements for the Quest mission prior to the Event Quest starting will not count towards the Quest mission. (Select Novice Quest missions excluded)

How to check for an active account status
The P&D Pass logo is shown on the upper right corner.
The P&D Pass button shows a validity period.

*Some time may be required for the P&D Pass subscription to be reflected in your account after purchasing the P&D Pass. Access traffic may be high prior to the Event Quest ending, so we recommend purchasing the P&D Pass ahead of time.
*If your subscription is not reflected in your account during the subscription period, please recover your purchase by signing out of your mobile app store (e.g., App Store/Google Play), sign in once more, and navigate to [Shop] > [P&D Pass] > [Recover Purchase].
*In the instance that extra rewards for P&D Pass subscribers are available as Quest Level Rewards in Event Quests, the extra rewards can be received during the subscription period.
*If your Quest Level increased before the P&D Pass became active, you will also be able to receive the extra rewards up to that point.
*Select Event Quests may not have extra rewards. Please check in the game to confirm whether extra rewards are available. You can view the content of the extra rewards even if the P&D Pass is not activated.
*In the instance that the P&D Pass subscription has been canceled (including cancellation of the automatic renewal), any unreceived rewards will no longer be available after 3:59 AM (UTC-8) of the day following the last day of your subscription period.

*Notes Regarding the Novice Quest
If you have already cleared certain Novice Quest missions prior to entering the Event Quest, you will be able to receive the Quest mission rewards.
Challenge Event Quests with Quest Dungeons
Players will be able to challenge Event Quests with the monthly Quest Dungeons.
This new feature is set to start with the November Quest Dungeon!
Get up to 120 Magic Stones through Quest Level Rewards and Quest Rewards!

Please visit the Dungeon screen in-game to check out any Event Quests in progress and challenge them all to your heart's content!
Important Notice
Please allow yourself plenty of time to clear Quest missions and collect Event Quest rewards.
Notes Regarding the Duration for Clearing Quest Missions
To clear a Quest mission, conditions must be met during the Event Quest duration.
Ex) Quest Mission: Dungeon Clear/Monster Exchange
Certain instances will not be counted towards clearing Quest missions, including (but not limited to):
Performing the same actions as the Quest missions, such as clearing dungeons or obtaining monsters, prior to the Event Quest duration.
*Clearing the dungeon and/or obtaining the monster again during the Event Quest duration will count towards the Quest mission.
*Select missions of the Novice Quest are excluded from this restriction.
Entering the dungeon before the Event Quest ends, then clearing the dungeon after the Event Quest ends.
Obtaining select monsters at the Monster Exchange after the Event Quest duration.
Notes Regarding the Duration for Receiving Rewards
The buttons to [Receive] and [Receive All] Quest Rewards will only be available during the Event Quest duration.
Once the Event Quest duration passes, the Event Quest will become unavailable, as well as the [Receive] and [Receive All] buttons.
Notes Regarding Unreceived Rewards
Any rewards that were not received during the Event Quest duration can be collected by 23:59 (UTC-8) of the second day following the end of the Event Quest duration.
*Adjustments have been made to the explanation above since the release of Puzzle & Dragons News: October 2024.
*Quest Level Rewards will be sent via in-game mail in accordance with the final Quest Level after accounting for any unreceived Quest Points.
*An expiration date may be applied to any Egg Machines sent via in-game mail as a reward.
*Logging into the game after 3:59 AM (UTC-8) of the day following the last day of your P&D Pass subscription will result in the nullification of any unreceived extra P&D Pass exclusive rewards, and the rewards will not be sent to your in-game mail.
